Administrator

Job Role

We are seeking an Administrator that can assist in general office administration with a special focus on customer support.

The role will involve:

  • Supporting Sales Team including the design and maintenance of a customer support system 

  • Supervision and maintenance of customer documentation, data protection etc

  • Assisting in customer complaints, customer surveys and technical issues

  • Supporting the Finance/Land Teams in document preparation (inc updating, filing, archiving), for fund raising, due diligence, request for proposals etc

  • Maintenance of company ISO 9001 & 14001 systems (training to be provided if necessary), BCorp and BOPAS accreditations

  • Support in company governance and company secretarial function

Key Requirements

  • Good MS Excel, MS OneDrive, Power Point skills

  • Bonus: financial background

  • Must be able to fit well with existing Team.

We require a diligent and self-motivated individual to act as Administrator as an integral part of the Innerspace Homes team.  A key to Innerspace’s future growth is the identification and securing of a pipeline of development sites which requires a dedicated Administrator to work closely with the land finding and finance teams.
