Job Role
We are seeking an Administrator that can assist in general office administration with a special focus on customer support.
The role will involve:
Supporting Sales Team including the design and maintenance of a customer support system
Supervision and maintenance of customer documentation, data protection etc
Assisting in customer complaints, customer surveys and technical issues
Supporting the Finance/Land Teams in document preparation (inc updating, filing, archiving), for fund raising, due diligence, request for proposals etc
Maintenance of company ISO 9001 & 14001 systems (training to be provided if necessary), BCorp and BOPAS accreditations
Support in company governance and company secretarial function
Key Requirements
Good MS Excel, MS OneDrive, Power Point skills
Bonus: financial background
Must be able to fit well with existing Team.
We require a diligent and self-motivated individual to act as Administrator as an integral part of the Innerspace Homes team. A key to Innerspace’s future growth is the identification and securing of a pipeline of development sites which requires a dedicated Administrator to work closely with the land finding and finance teams.
